Question by : What were your breasts like after you stopped breast feeding?
I am breast feeding my son and just wondering what to expect after I stop. I hope that I can breast feed him until he is a year old. If you breast fed for at least a year – what were your boobs like afterwards? Did they end up sagging or go back to pretty much normal?

Also to add – I was a small A cup pre-pregnancy – now with breast feeding I am a small B cup – so the change in my cup size was not dramatic like in some cases I have heard of.

(Baby boy is now 3 months old and exclusively breast fed)

They’ll be saggier. Pregnancy does that.

how good does proactiv solution work?

I just ordered some and I’m wondering about the results. Is it only meant for people with acne because I am getting it more to keep my skin clear. I only have several blemishes occassionally but I want to have clear skin. Will it make my skin worse?
Also, even if it works I might not keep using it for awhile because its expensive, is it bad to stop using it?

My sister uses it and her face is always pretty clear so it seems like it works, but everyones face reacts direrently to different products. And stopping using it might be a bad thing, but then again if you dont have very many blemishes as it is, im sure u’ll b fine. : )

I bought some Kroger brand green tea bags, and no matter how I prepare it, it tastes somewhat bitter. I steep it 2 1/2 min. Does the amount of time you steep it, have any effect on it’s health benefits? To get the most health benefits, is green tea only the best or are other combinations with the green tea ok, such as pomegranate, etc? I do not shop specialty stores for tea, so any suggestions on brands one can find at the grocery that are good is appreciated.

Go to an ethnic grocer, you’re guaranteed to find a box of 100 of high quality green tea compared to the 40 or so that you get at Kroger.

Oh and when I mean ethnic grocer, I mean indian, chinese or middle eastern grocery. They usually have that kind of stuff.. Try a few different brands there until you find the perfect one.

The correct way to steep green tea is not to steep it at all but to reuse the bag for two or three cups by pouring the hot water over it and letting it sit of about 2-3 seconds after its full. Green tea is best drank that way IMHO.

I want to give my baby a formula bottle but I don’t like the idea of her not getting my milk. I have stored breast milk, and was wondering if I could mix the two together, or if that is not allowed.

Absolutely you can.

I tried to breastfeed and had to pump (my daughter was 2 months early and too tiny to suck on her own for a long time) and when my milk refused to come in we mixed with formula until I finally gave up and she went exclusively to formula. For about 3 weeks she was half and half.

I know Alli is sold over the counter but I’m questionable if the mixture is safe? My other meds are prescribed by my doctor.
my weight is due to my medications
I have gained 10 pounds in a month in a half due to lithium.

The best person to answer this would be your doctor, but diet pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.

All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix :)

No, almost any weight loss supplement really shouldn’t be taken till you have finished growing. Even then, most of them have shown to have side effects that can affect your organs (ie. liver/kidney’s). So for someone who is just thirteen, that is a bad idea. Many better ways to lose weight.

I know someone, not me, who is taking steroids… it’s called D-anabol or something like that. His attitude has drastically changed. He said he has stopped taken them but if you start them and then all of a sudden get off of them, could that cause your attitude to be changed towards other? Could that cause you to be unhappy? I’m just worried for his wife and soon to be baby. He said that he is unhappy right now and doesn’t know why?
He started taken that to gain more muscle… He is into the whole bodybuilding stuff.

Steroids have been known to increase aggression or alter mood levels in users although it is a lot less common than previously thought and mainly a problem in people with low IQs, according to the latest research. If he came off steroids inappropiately (e.g by not using clomid at the end of his cycle) he might have affected his natural production of testosterone – it is quite conceivable that a sudden fall in test levels could be contributing to his depression. He should see a doctor for a hormone levels check. So there is the possibility that D-bol could have directly contributed to his unhappiness. But a more worthwhile question is possibly asking what made him start using something as drastic Dbol in the first place? The unhappiness may not be directly related to the steroids but some deep underlying problem.
